Accessibility Statement
Pagetrends is committed to a website that everyone can use: keyboard users, screen reader users, people with low vision, and people on slow connections. Our target standard is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
What we build to
Headings in logical order that form a real outline. Landmarks present so assistive technology can navigate. Link text that says where the link goes. Alternative text on images that carry meaning. Visible, logical keyboard focus on every interactive element. Contrast computed with luminance math rather than judged by eye. Motion that honors the reduced motion preference at the operating system level: our animated illustrations render a still frame for visitors who have asked for less movement.
Where we are honest about limits
Parts of this site use rendered canvas graphics as illustrations. They are decorative, marked as hidden from assistive technology, and every argument they illustrate is also made in the surrounding text, so nothing is conveyed only visually. If we have missed an instance of that rule anywhere, we want to know.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is checked as part of how pages are produced rather than audited afterward, and the checks run on every page before it ships. [CONFIRM: date of last third-party audit, if one is commissioned.]
