Writing in the voice we work in
Most industry publishing exists to rank, which is exactly the derivative content problem we spend our days correcting. Insights runs on the opposite rule. A piece is published because an engagement taught us something worth writing down, and it is written the way our reports are written: specific, dated, and checkable, with no number we cannot show the source of.
"If a finding cannot be checked, it does not get published."
What you can expect here
Field notes
Patterns that keep appearing across engagements: the data conditions that stall integrations, the claims that lapse quietest, the scroll effects readers actually complain about.
Method write-ups
How a pass works, in enough detail that you could evaluate a competing proposal on your own. A client who can check the advice is a client who stays for the right reasons.
Teardowns
Before-and-after readings of real problems, with the names removed and the reasoning intact. What the brief said, what the diagnosis found, and what the fix actually was.
Positions
Where we think the web is going and why we are building toward it: answer engines, the interactive era, and what machines will cite next.

The standard each piece is held to
Claims are verified against primary sources before publication, the same discipline we sell. Benchmarks borrowed from published studies are attributed with their date and sample. AI is used in drafting and says so, with a person deciding what ships, because a company teaching claim verification cannot publish unverifiable claims.
Where insights connect
The writing discipline behind these pieces is the same one covered in organic search marketing, and the honesty rules come from brand integrity. Who we are is covered in about, and a seat on the platform starts at request access.
