A person, not a queue
Most support systems are built to deflect: a chatbot in front of a form, a form in front of a queue, a queue in front of somebody reading a script about a system they have never seen. We build sites and systems for a living, and the people who built yours are the people who answer for it. You reach a person who knows the system, not a queue that knows a script.

How a support session runs
The same way the engagement ran. Screens shared in both directions, working in the actual system rather than describing it, with the fix made and tested while you watch. Short sessions scheduled the same day beat long ones scheduled next month, and sessions can be recorded so the answer keeps working after the call ends.
What support covers
Questions about your own system
How to make a change, why something behaves the way it does, and what is safe to touch. If the documentation did not answer it, that is a finding about the documentation, and we fix that too.
Something looks wrong
A page rendering oddly, a sync disagreeing, an agent proposal that does not read right. You describe what you saw, we look at it together, and you watch the diagnosis rather than waiting for a verdict.
Changes that outgrew the handoff
The boundary of every engagement is explicit about what your team handles and what warrants a call. When work crosses that line, the call is the right move rather than a failure.
What makes it different
"Support is not a department we staff. It is the same people, still answerable for what they built."
Because engagements end with capability in your building, most routine questions stop being questions within weeks. What remains is genuinely worth a specialist, which is why a specialist answers. No ticket theater, no escalation ladder, and no invoice surprise: anything beyond a quick answer is scoped with you before it becomes work.
Where support connects
The handoff discipline that makes support rare is covered in team enablement. Who we are is covered in about, and joining the platform starts at request access.
